Who is i-TUP Pte Ltd?

How do I sign up broadband and/or entertainment services?

You can contact our sales consultants at sales@itupsg.com or WhatsApp +65 8843 0371. Our working hours is 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).

How to change the installation appointment?

You can call StarHub hotline, 1633 to change installation appointment.

What should I do if I missed the installation appointment?

You can call StarHub hotline, 1633 to reschedule installation appointment.

Do you offer commercial broadband?

Yes, we have partner to help you subscribe to commercial broadband

Is there any charges on the site survey?

We don’t charge site survey if you sign up. If not, we would charge a nominal fee to cover the transport / labour cost.

Who are eligible for monthly equipment installment for routers?

NRIC and Employment Pass Holder are eligible for monthly equipment installment for routers. For the other work passes, the router payment is one time payment on the first month bill. The router price is special discount price vs market price.

For home broadband, TV+ services, can I relocate the sevice to another address? Can I do name transfer?

Yes, you can call StarHub hotline 1633 to request for relocation of StarHub services. First relocation within the 2 years contract is free. For name transfer, both current customer and new customer to visit StarHub Shops at Tampines, NEX, Jurong Point and Plaza Singapura (https://www.starhub.com/personal/support/locate-us/starhub-shops.html)
